A Honor

We, Jiangsu Wujin Hydraulic Hoist Co.,Ltd. is the first professional manufacturer of hydraulic hoist products and complete system equipments in China. We have achieved the distinct honor of State Second-grade Enterprise and the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification. Our main products have been awarded the “High Quality Product” prize issued by Jiangsu Province, the Water Conservancy Ministry and the Energy Ministry. And what's more, we also won the honor of “State Silver Medal”.

B Experience

Since we devoted to the production of hydraulic hoist in 1970's, we have offered more than 20 thousand sets of hydraulic hoist for 20 hundred hydropower projects of both domestics and overseas. Most of the hydraulic hoists which in using now are our Wujin's brand. Besides, our market share keeps ahead all these years. During the processing of more than 3 decades, we have developed 5 series of hydraulic hoist, which for the hoisting of conventional plane gate, crest radial gate, bottom outlet radial gate, high-speed conventional plane gate and ship-lock miter gate. Their lifting power is from 60KN to 8000KN, the impulse stroke is up to 16.35 meter.

Now the domestic active standard of hydraulic hoist products, which named SD113-83, SD114-83 and SD207-87 were compiled by us. One of our products, the first crest radial gate hydraulic hoist in China, has operated stably for over 10 years in Shitang Hydropower Station, Zhejiang province.

C Technics

Jiangsu Wujin Hydraulic Hoist Co.,Ltd is progressing rapidly in the practice, and meanwhile with the reference of international advanced technology and abundant experiences, our products reached the upper level, especially the main components, such as cylinder body and piston rod, the quality of the above mentioned two has entered the international leading line, and has won high affirmation from foreign experts.

Refer to our technics, with the practice, improvement and optimization of thirty years, “Wujin” has gained strong technical strength and abundant experiences in the manufacture for hydraulic hoist, especially for inside wall of tubes. We have innovated new generation technology to replace the traditional one, which achieved us stability and precision. It has been proved that this unique creationary technics contributed a lot in most applications of water conservancy projects.

D Capacity

In order to adapt and meet the changing requirements of water conservancy and power station construction, we have invested more than 30 million RMB in technical updating and refurnishment during these years.

Up to now, we own 4 sets of cylindrical machinery with the capacity of 600mm to 1000mm bore diameter, among which the boring machine ZTC61160 1 set, whose body is 42 meters long, and can produce the cylinder tubes with the bore of 1000mm and the length of 20000mm. Besides, we also equip 2 sets of cylindrical machinery （ capacity: up to 600mm bore diameter ） , and 4 sets of lathe for piston rod （ rod diameter ＜ 600mm, length ≤ 18000mm ） , and other machines for various diameters, including American Sunnen grinding machine, which assured the quality and improved the productivity.

“Wujin” has established two modernized new plants, which are equipped by CNC machines and machining centers. Besides, we also optimized the equipments of welding, testing and crack detection. Further more, we updated the crane and transportation equipments for large work-pieces.

In the year of 1997, we have realized 4000 tons for various of hydraulic equipments, the annual productivity from 1998 to 2004 all exceeded 5000 tons. With the experiences and technology of a great deal of engineering projects, our company now gained the capability to provide various of hydraulic equipments for water conservancy and hydropower engineering both inside and outside China.

“Wujin” has signed the contract with Three Gorges in Dec.,1999 with the value of 97 million RMB, and successfully completed in Oct.,2002. And again we provided 12 sets of hydraulic hoist with ceramic coating piston rod to Three Gorges. In 2005, we won the bid of radial gate hydraulic hoist with ceramic coating piston rod in Yunnan Jinghong Water Conservancy Project, it is worth mentioned that these radial gates have the biggest lifting power of 2 × 4000KN, which, in China, is the No.1. In recent years, the annual contract value of “Wujin” all exceeded 150 million RMB.

E Target
